At Brightr, every candle is handcrafted with care and intention. We want you to love your experience with us.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us assess the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the product is deemed faulty or damaged during transit, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Handmade Products
As our candles are handmade, slight variations in colour, scent, vessel appearance, and finish are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.
Handmade pottery vessels may naturally vary in shape, texture, and glaze.
Candle Performance
We carefully test all of our candles to ensure the best possible experience.
To achieve optimal performance, please follow the Candle Care instructions provided with your order.
If you experience tunnelling, wick issues, or any concerns with your candle, please reach out. We are always happy to help and guide you.
Returns
Returns must be approved by Brightr before being sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
